Know what a home is really worth.

Property Track Plus adds three tabs to every Rightmove listing, so you can weigh an asking price against what is on the market nearby, what has actually sold, and where prices have been going.

Comparables

The homes on the market around it with the same number of bedrooms, for sale or to rent. Each shows its asking price and whether it has been cut or raised, so you can see what similar homes nearby are asking.

Questions about Plus

How much does Plus cost?
£6.99 a month, or £59.88 a year billed annually, which works out at £4.99 a month and saves 29%. Price history stays free.
Is price history still free?
Yes. Price history is free for everyone, with no account and no card, on Rightmove listings and search results in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Plus adds Comparables, Recent sales and Trends alongside it.
How do I start using Plus?
Choose a plan, sign in with your email address (we send you a link, so there is no password) and pay through Stripe. Then open any listing on Rightmove with the extension installed. If a listing was already open, refresh the page.
Can I cancel, or switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time, from your account page. That is also where you change the card you pay with.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Plus comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: email oliver@benns.co within 14 days of your first payment, or of an annual renewal, and we will refund that payment in full and end your subscription. If you only cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
Where does the data come from?
Comparables come from the Rightmove listings Property Track has seen in search results in the past week. Recent sales and Trends come from HM Land Registry's price paid data, with floor areas matched from the register of energy performance certificates.
Does Plus work across the whole UK?
Comparables work wherever homes are listed on Rightmove. Recent sales and Trends come from HM Land Registry, which records sales in England and Wales, so they are empty for homes in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Why do some sales have no floor area?
Floor areas come from energy performance certificates. When a sale has no certificate on the register, or none that clearly matches its address, Property Track leaves the size blank rather than guess.
