- Where does the listing data come from?
- From the same pipeline that powers the Property Track browser extension, which tracks public Rightmove listings - over 8 million UK listings since 2023. The London tools cover properties for sale across Greater London.
- Can you search Rightmove by square footage or service charge?
- No. Rightmove shows a home's floor area, service charge and ground rent on the listing when the agent gives them, but has no filter for any of them. The Property Track map search does, for homes for sale in London: by square footage, service charge, ground rent and tenure.
- Why can I filter by service charge and square footage here?
- Rightmove displays these details on listings but doesn't let you filter or search by them. Because Property Track stores listing data over time, the London tools can offer filters such as service charge, square footage, ground rent, tenure and price per square foot.
